Default XP Look-n-Feel for DataGridBoolColumn

Hi All,

I am having a DataGrid in my windows application which contains a
DataGridColumn for displaying approvals. Even after "Application.EnableVisualStyles();", application is displaying old windows look-n-feel on Windows XP machine.

Apart from using Leadit Extended DataGrid, can somebody give me pointer to have XP look-n-feel for the same?
