Default Uncompressed TIFF from Macintosh

I'm not sure what category should I post. Anyway, I have an uncompressed TIFF from Macintosh which customer imported to their imaging system on PC. The image file has been imported and saved as IMG. Usually, IMG that created from their imaging system on PC can be convert/read using LeadTools (via my C# program) or IrfanView. But not the one from Macintosh.

I have been tested several shareware of image converter but none of them actually works.

If anybody could give me some advice about convert an uncompressed TIFF from Macintosh to whatever that PC can read, that'd be really help full.
