Launch Condition Management in Deployment

I have problem :-(

I want to customize installation...if on target machine exist previous version of my application, then check is there a specific folder
e.g. report than user can choose if he want to run over specific folder or not?

I hope somebody understand this !

In Launch Condition Management in Deployment when I put searh for file they only instal application if there are specific file...I need reversed option and to check folder not file.
