Default Reference lib or .dll in application?

How do I reference a library or .dll in my dot net application?

in VS.NET in Solution-Explore right-click on your app then Add Reference
.NET for Global Assembly Cache,
COM for COM,
Projects for other applications in your solution.
(the DLL files for other applications copied in Bin directory)
