That will be pretty difficult without any ASP.NET background.
I suggest you pick up a book about ASP.NET or visit some web sites to familiarize yourself with the concepts of ASP.NET, and the .NET Framework.
Take a look at

www.4guysfromrolla.com or
www.asp.net as a starting point. On those sites you'll find lots of tutorials and links to other sites and books that'll help you understand ASP.NET.
