Default PrintPreviewDialog problem

When I cal PrintPreviewDialog.Show() method the document is shown and works OK but in the upper left corner of the dialog the toolbar buttons have no icons. They still works but my customers are not very happy with that behavior. I tried everything i could manage, refreshes, doevents etc but still nothing, You can click here to see the screenshot of the bug.
