I need to know how this situation can be solved

Lets say I need to distribute documents among translators. Each of them is able to translate max 6 pages per day. lets assume that translator Luka is assigned with document to translate.
this document contains 18 pages and the date that document was given to him is 18/01/2006 with deadline 24/01/2006, and meanwhile comes another document which I would like assign to him this document is given to him 19/01/2006 with deadline on 31/01/2006 and it contains 30 pages: What I would like to know is if he is able to translate this one, if he already has the first document assigned to him.

And is C# the right tool for doing this or is some other tool more suitable

Apologies Saban, but to be honest, your query did look like one of those sent by some
people who don’t like to think about their problems themselves before posting them
here.

You however, seem to have covered as much ground on your query as you could. So
I would say that if you are asking about the language to use/learn AND if you are asking about C#, I would assume that you HAVE a C# compiler (and most likely Visual Studio which lets you work with many other languages) with you. If that’s the case then I would suggest you to go for VB as it is easier to learn. If, however, you have already worked on C++, or JAVA; C# would look much familiar to you.

The problem you have discussed here, would be an easy one to solve once you are familiar with any of the programming languages.
