Default OdbcDataReader GetString Method

I have the problem about getstring method that I can't get string from my database with a large string (More than 3000 charactor) record

I use PostgreSQL dbms

but less than that it work.

How can I do .

What version of Postgres are you using?
What Data Type is your [string record] column defined as?
Is the column text or varchar?
If it's varchar check your variable-length.

I noticed that you live in Thailand, What city?
I was in Bangkok last month.
