filePath = this.txtAttachFilePath.Value;

if (filePath.Length > 0)
eMail.Attachments.Add(new MailAttachment(filePath, MailEncoding.Base64));

SmtpMail.SmtpServer = "aaa.xxx.yyy.yyy";

Try using the Text attribute of the textbox.
filePath = this.txtAttachFilePath.Text;
