I want to write to a text file in a specific font and color.

Hi,

You can use Microsoft RTF format to write text with diffrent font options.
RTF can be displayed in Wordpad.

If you want a normal textfile, then the user wont be able to see the color or font of the text.

Most simple way is to use the RTF format.
