Default Introduce C#

Hi everybody I 'm a new comer and C# is a new language with me. So i want to know some infomation about this language:datatype, data struct, how to create a new function, OOP, these differents between it and C++...Thanks.
And if anyone have any C# ebooks, I 'm glad to receive it from you. Thank you very much.
