What do u mean by assemble. If u mean mscorlib or .net class librarys assembly then check out microsoft site.

Which assembly? In what environment (IDE, OS, ????)? Please provide more info...

there is no need to search for the assemble my friend. Because shared assemble either becomes available when u install dotnet framework or u convert u'r assembly into shared assembly. For dotnet framework assembly just install new version like 2.0 in place of 1.1
