associate-nt-account exchange c#

Is there any way to access (read and write) the associated nt account from an exchange 5.5 mailbox using c#?

I know ADSI doesn't provide that function, I don't know if we can use DirectoryService to do it or not. Or any way that we can use c# to do it.
