Default Help needed for Remote Installation Program

Hi Friends
I want to develop a software in C# 2005 which can install software remotely on client machines of a network environment so that the Administrator could install the desired software on client machines without physically visiting the client machine using network IP's. The system will work on Windows XP or 2000 OS.
I need help how can I develop this system e.g. what topics in C# programming language I should study and which books, web sites, articles etc. will be helpful for me to accomplish the task.

Thanks.

Inam ul Haq
