in c#, by default objects are passed by value or by reference?can objects be send both by value and by reference?plz give suitable example

Probably not, because your question sounds a bit too much like homework. And homework is something you should do yourself... ;)

That said, have you tried Google?? Searching for c# pass by reference default brings up many useful results...
