Data Transfer Problem in C#

i am doing to transfer data from CSV file to Sql Server In C#. my CSV file is too long almost 10000 record in that file. This file gives error :
General Network Error. Check Your network documentation.
Source: .Net SqlClient Data Provider.

What i do to remove my problem. Just Help me.

My work done successfully when i transfer almost 1000 record.
