How to do/write NTFS-WindowsAuthentication in .net

Hi All,

I am using C#.NET, SQL Server 2000 and Visual Web Developer 2005.

I want to create login script for my website which uses NTFS - Windows Authentication.

Does anybody have idea how to do this ?

Please Help!
