Default How use plus sign

Hi friends ,
I wanna know where and how can I use the plus sign next to my
documents for collapsing the document in asp.net and windows applications.

   In ASP.NET, you can use Riched HTML Control, Like 'TreeView IE Web Control'. For, more details check on MSDN.
