Chat Application problem

Hi friends,
I am creating a chat application in C# as any other Instant Messenger. I have added WebCam to it. But I am stucked in it when I wanted to attach microphone to my application. I searched a lot but I didn't get an idea exactly what to do and what is the best approach. Kindly tell me what do I need to do..
