compile error

On compiling my previously error free code, I received an error stating in my VSWebCache\obj\Debug folder, my project .dll file "could not be opened -- The parameter is incorrect". Any ideas what's going on with this? Thanks.

Just another note on the message, it stated the file that couldn't be opened was a Metadata file.
