I don't know anything about that book, and I don't know where the answers might be. However, in that sort of book the answers are usually pretty clearly presented in the text of the chapter - and are meant to be used as a study help. That is, if you don't remember the answer to a question you would go back and review or skim the chapter to find the material that answers it.
However, my recommended approach for test prep on the MCSD or MCAD is to use a test prep package, such as from Measure Up. I used to use the Transcender tests, but I took the C# Web test recently and found that the Transcender prep for it was not useful. Luckily I have a pretty deep understanding of C# and .NET in general, and did well on the test. But I have now switched to Measure Up for my next test.
Previously, using the test preps for the VB6 MCSD I was able to breeze through the certs, so I suggest giving it a try.
