Default c++/CLI dll for c#

Please can you help me...I have my code written in C++ and I want to run it in c#, I know that I must make an "dll" in C++ for that, thus I can use my code in C# but I don't know how to do this "dll" in c++....do you have an idea....

Are you trying to compile C++ code in a C++ environment and hope to run it in .NET? (This you can not do. Native C++ is not managed.)

Or are you trying to compile C++ as managed C++ (C++.Net)?
