I need a book on C# Addins
Can anyone recommend a book that would cover C# Addins in depth including Extensibility, how it is supposed to work, etc. Also some information on Interoperability since many of the addins I would write are to applications that use DLLs and COM objects. The book would need to cover .Net 1.1 and 2.0, with 3.0 as a bonus. I am looking for in-depth information on how things work, not just instructions in how to use the wizard.
