Error in Office Programming

Hi all:
Im using Office Programming for my Automation App.
Everything is ok but there is a little problem. I am trying to read the word document created, & i am now trying to put all the things in a specified format in another word application.

I have gone throughlot many article but i am not able to find anybdy doing something like this.
Any help in this regards is appreciated.
