Default magazine for programmers?

Hi, sorry to pose a question that is not too professional. Just wanted to ask if there is any specialised magazine for C++ or C# professionals and hot heads in which one can find the latest techniques, news, nice tips and tricks? I know there was this C/C++ Journal. Is still on? Is there anything new? Thanks for your help.
