I think this goes beyond the scope of what these forums are here for.

If you have no idea about C# then I suggest you go buy and book, download a copy of Visual Studio c# Express Edition and start learning.

Google "C++ to C# Converter" to get you started. Be aware that converting C++ to C# is tough. A converter will get you part of the way there though.
