How to do server Side Coding using ShowModalDialogBox.

Actually my scenario is i am using ie8 in my project .
i am using showmodal dialog box with server side coding ,submitted to db.
while performing it another popup is opened which tells session expired

please help

I'm sorry, I'm not familiar with ShowModalDialogBox. Is it a server side function in ASP.Net? Is it perhaps an ajax function specific to a particular ajax framework - I couldn't find much on it with a search on the internet.

If its a javascript function or specific to a particular ajax framework then you'd be better posting on their frameworks forums.
