Not able to see the last tree view node

Hi ,

I am working on C#.net.
I am not able to see the last tree node after scrolling the tree view scroll bar after loading the tree view.

Only after the explore of 2nd node from last, i am able to see the last node...

Is there any possibolity of creating a dummy node and making it as invisible....
i tried this..but "+" sign of that dummy node is still there...
