Default Splitting Strings

What I need to do is split up a string

If my sting is "1234567890" I need to separate each character in the string and then set each character equal to a variable.

Any suggestions

Can you elaborate a bit on what you're trying to accomplish?

Do you need to end up with 10 separate variables? Or are you trying to create an array?
What do you mean with "set each character equal to a variable"?

Dim arrString(10)
Dim intCtr

For intCtr = 1 To Len("1234567890")
   arrString(intCtr - 1) = Mid("1234567890",intCtr,1)
