I want to create a web page that can let user search at Yahoo or Google ?
But I don't know how to submit the keyword to them.
Please help...

Well you could go to Google, they have tons of webmaster resources like this, including a way to put their search on your site. Or you could set the page to http://www.google.com/search?q=what_..._to_search_for replacing what_you_want_to_look_for with your query.
