Default Please Help Newbie

Hey Guys,
I am learning ASP. I was using Brinkster.com to test my asp files on the internet. But I cannot use file Global.asa through brinkster and it gives me an error when I try to use it in my asp files. Can anyone tell me how to use this file on the internet other than on the IIS on my computer

Thanks, BOb
