The solution that i found is to construct an html uploaded, and then use the method AppendBodyFromFile in the mail object,

Have you tried writing in utf-8?
Your code should look like this:

strMailBody = "Δοκιμασ&t au;ικ#972; Κε#943;μενο " (dokimastiko keimeno)

MailBody = "<html><head><META HTTP-EQUIV=""Content-Type"" CONTENT=""text/html;charset=utf-8""></head><body scroll=""auto"">"& strMailBody & "</body></html>"

It worked fine for me!
The only problem is you can't write utf-8 in the subject field!

Let me know of the result!
