Default Help! HTTP/1.1 New Application Failed

Just received the following error on my asp connection database pages:

"HTTP/1.1 New Application Failed"

Can someone please help with this problem?

Everything was going fine - I've never experienced this error before.

I'm not using a Global.asa and I'm pretty sure that all my database connections are being closed.
