Default Creating Multiple Sessions

I have a typical situation wherein I have a JSP page that has many href tags. On clicking on these href tags a new window opens up with a JSP that redirects to an ASP page on a different location. What I need is Each window's ASP session should be different. Since all the spawned windows share the same cookiecollection I am not able to do it. Can anyone help me out?

Thanks,
Sen.

I dont believe this is possible, very very sure it's not. All windows opened after the first one share the same session (this is a good thing!!) You can set 'different' session variables to 'different' valus on each of your new windows.

Thanks Matt for the Reply!!! Is there any other workaround to achieve this. Any suggestions would be really helpful.

Mate, I am not exactly clear what your objective is.

;;;What I need is Each window's ASP session should be different.

What is your reason for this? To take a stab in the dark, does each window replace the previously opened window? (can not have multiple windows open) If this is the reason, you need to give each window a unique name (named in the function that opens the new window) This way each window will be independant of each other and you may open as many as you like simultaneously
