Default Download huge file using ASP

Hi all,
I have a problem, i want to download a file (~50-500mb) from the webserver to the local computer. i dont know how to do it. can any body provide some code for it.
i dont want to just provide the link of the file as the file is supposed to be downloaded by the person who is logged in the website.

What kind of file? Certain files automatically prompt for download, especially types that the receiving computer doesn't have support for. You can always zip the document, which should prompt for download.

I want to download an access (.mdb)file.
actually, all the work of the website is saved in the access file and i want to be able to take backup of the file whenever i want.

Just type the path to the dir containing the .mdb file, it will prompt you for download.

EG:
youe site is: www.someSite.com
You have a folder called DB at root containing your .mdb file, to download the DB type: www.someSite.com/DB/fileName.mdb

You want to hide the filename and path from the visitor. Isn't it ?
