I'm not actually resetting IIS - I get the IT guys to do that (I'm the website/graphics guy).
I don't think the site uses any custom built/library files. The error seems to occur when one simply selects from the db.
Apparently we should be getting a brand new server (win2k3, IIS 6) for the intranet soon. I'm hoping this will sort the issue.
I could post the code, but there's a lot of it (500-800 lines)
Once again, thanks for your help, Matt. Perhaps I should see how it goes with the new server etc before doing too much research into the problems, as they may rectify themselves. The system isn't actually being used yet, so it's ok to wait.
