But I dont have the idea that how we can check the validity of cridet card ? Is there any site which offer the services for this ?

you can search in google.

concept of credit card is that you have to open an account
on internet credit card bank (an agency). first you register yourself
on internet credit card bank. this agency have all informations and
relative information regarding credit cards with other banks world wide.
any body want to shopping at your site, then he enter credit card
information it will verified by that agency.

If your aim is just to check the number and not to authenticate it against a bank, you can use the algorithm in the following page.

If you want to check it against a bank account, you have to use some web services / 3rd party sites such as worldpay(www.worldpay.com), EPDQ(www.epdq.com) etc. etc.

Dear this is in PHP and I want to do this in ASP so how can I do this in ASP ?

I wonder why can't you use the algorithm described in that page ? It is not complex.
