Default Who really LOVES their webhost?

Okay, you've probably been asked this question a million times, but I'm getting really sick and tired of my webhost being very slow, and frequently going down. They recently got bought out by a bigger company, and their quality of service really went downhill.

So I'm looking for recommendations. My needs, in order of priority are:

1) Fast - Fast web servers and a fast SQL Server. All of my sites are heavily database driven, and most crunch a lot of numbers, so I need both the IIS server and db servers to be fast, and not too impacted.

2) Liberal with storage and throughput - I'll need lot's of both, on both a web server and a SQL Server machine in databases.

3) Obviously ASP and ASPX enabled. I use both. And SQL server, instead of My SQL. And certainly not limited to Access databases.

4) Ideally they would be running Persists Software's ASP JPEG and even ASP PDF.

5) Affordably priced, ideally with a good reseller package.

Anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks.

Aaron

I've had really good luck with Setup Site. (www.setupsite.com) A few friends have used godaddy but I think they only cover Access.

Good luck, and let us know if you find any good ones!

You may want to take a look at Jodohost, very good value, quick off the mark with any problems and they keep us very well informed

An old saying but IMO very true - You get what you pay for; when getting quotes never take the cheap option, go middle of the road.

Have a look at www.sharedknowledge.net

I host a lot of sites with them - they're almost never down (twice in the last 5 years) and the support is brilliant. I've had emailed support requests fixed in the middle of the night within 5 minutes.

Price depends on what sort of hosting you want, but as Matt said - you get what you pay for.
