Default Multipage Menu

:(Okay I have a big question.

I'm creating a scheduling system, and the users want to be able to select all items on a list, and place the items on a certain form that only holds seven items. So if the user selects 14 items they would like it to create a header at the top and add page numbers according to the number of jobs(ie-14 Jobs = 2 Pages), if you click on the page number the user wants it to view the second set of items on the next page. Anything to point me in the right direction please HELP.

I'd design a page that allows you to pass the Begin and End values for the data you wish to display, with a default to display value #1 through value #7 if no values are passed in.

Then have it create a NextPage link that has Begin set to Begin+7 and End set to End+7 when it is clicked.

If Begin > 7 then have it create a PreviousPage link with Begin-7 and End-7.

You'll have to do some sanity checking on the ranges to make sure the ranges passed don't exceed the total number of data items.

Shouldn't be too hard.
