_ScriptLibrary

This should be an easy question.

When we create a project in Visual InteDev, it will automatically create _private, and _ScriptLibrary folders. How do I use this folders? and those files under _ScriptLibrary? I don't think I need these folders, and I think there's an option I can set to disable it from creating these folders when adding a new project?
