i have a requirement , that , there is a text box in a form(no any submit button ) , user will enter his id and press the enter key , by preeing the enter key , the details of employee should be displayed ,

how to submit the page by hitting the enter kye ?

You can use javascript.

Handle the Keydown of textbox and use document.forms[0].submit()
