Default enable write permission

I want to store the image that be send from the client toserver hard.using asp.net
i do not now how to enable the write permission of the folder that the pictures will saved on it.i read the help of windows it saied write click the folder and in the security tab.... but i did not find the security tab.

Open an explorer window. Choose tools > Folder Options. Click the "View" tab. Scroll Down and uncheck "Use simple File sahring".
Now you will have a "security" tab in the properties window of a folder.
