Default Masking

How can I use masking on an input text. For example, users will have to enter mmddyyyy and automatically it will be converted to a masked date like mm-dd-yyyy.

Thanks,
Judy Sese

This sounds like youwould be best suited to use a Client Side Javascript onChange event or a series of dropdowns to populate a hidden field.

I am not familiar with Javascript. Is there a sample code you can show me or direct me online to some sample codes so I may be able to incorporate it in my program.

Thanks,
Judy
