How to have a Search Functionality in a Page
I'm having a web page and now i need to have a search funtionality
The page is divided in to Two Frames and in one frame i will have the common Name
and in other frame i'll have the doc or pdf related to that Particular Name as links
Eg;
Frame 1
Customer
Region
Marketting
Frame 2
If i click Customer then it will show the doc or Pdf link related to that as
a.doc
b.pdf
c.doc
similarly for other ie., Region and Marketting
This functionality is already there and Now i have to have a search Functionality in Frame 1
ie., if i give 'a' in the textbox area and click the search button it has to show me the file
a.doc in the Frame 2.
Since i haven't worked in ASP i find it difficult and hence i greatly need ur help in doing this
search functionality.
So could any one give me the Full code and Idea to do this in ASP
