Default HTTP 403.9 acces denied

I like to know if there is a way to solve thet problem:
HTTP 403.9 acces denied.

What works is rebooting my computer but this takes to long.
1. The awnsers on the microsoft site suggest to disable http keep-alives
   this I have done
2. Allowing more connections is not availeble in my IIS.

Is there a way to terminate these connections manualy.

Send a message via AIM to mat41

Give as much information as you can especially when its an IIS problem. What OS, IIS version are yo using?

Also always paste the 'exact un friendly HTTP error'.

Without this information Im not interested in a stab in the dark. Have you tryed asking Google? Firstly you need to search for 'HTTP 403.9 access denied' and not 'HTTP 403.9 acces denied' I reckon your solution is in the very first post.
