I am very new to ASP (actually, I don't know anything about it). I have created a form using an Hhtm page and need to change it to accomodate cdont scrips to enable it work on my server. Can anyone please tell me a quick and fast way of doing this? I understand I must state From and To destination for it to work. Below is a snippet of what I am working with:

There are lots of code examples of this on Google. Have you tryed looking? Eg:

What type of server are you using? If you are using wim 2003 CDONTS is no longer supported and does not have the CDONTS.dll

IMO you should asl google 'how to send mail using CDOSYS' the code examples are there, they work and there are many of them.
