how to include file in global.asa

i want to include my connection file in global.asa

but
<SCRIPT LANGUAGE=VBScript RUNAT=Server src=Connections/lotuseducare.asp>
giving error

Microsoft VBScript compilation (0x800A0400)
Expected statement
/WebServer/Connections/lotuseducare.asp, line 1

plz tell how to include connection file in global.asa
