Strange ERROR (?)

Hmmm,

Ok, how do I remove this constraint from the table. What exactly am I looking for?
(can I post the db to you?)

Access 2000,

I'm going through it and have noticed that some 'Required' fields are set as No and some as Yes.
The Allow Zero Length are set also as No and some as Yes.

Is this what could be causing the problem?

What settings should they be if incorrect?

As your query has data in each of the fields, required or allow zero length should not be causing the error.

Are there any fields that have the "Indexed" property set to "Yes (No Duplicates)"?

Yes.
The Primary key field and the BrEmail field.
Shall I alter the BrEmail field to Yes(duplicates OK)?
