Default ASP-friendly ISP's

My ISP is continuously re-loading programs that require them to re-boot their system. Consequently, all of my application-scope variables are re-initialized or nullified. Being from a small town and the old days, they don't know about ASP and want me to store variables in a place they call "memory."

I would like to have an ISP that does not do this to my programs. Where can I find ASP-friendly ISP's?

Otherwise, I wonder if there is a way to save the data when the system is turned-off, using the global.asa file?

Thank you,
Daniel Hutchins
