Can I have permissions be automatically set in a newlly created folder through the CopyFolder method of the FileSystemObject object?

If it is not possible, will my new folder have permissions propagated from the folder it is copied from? Or will I have to set them manually each time the folder is created?

I have a similar problem too. How do I give permissions to a text in a folder inorder to be read by my ASP script. I'm using Windows XP Professional and IIS 5 as a web server please help us.
